In Gay Hendricks’s book, The Big Leap, he talks about how all our activities can be divided into four zones: Zone of Incompetence, Zone of Competence, Zone of Excellence, and Zone of Genius. According to Hendricks, if we do (or try to do) only activities in our Zone of Genius, we will be happier, more successful, and more fulfilled.
